That is why we make it a priority to train your personnel. We have specialists in audio, video, computers and lighting. Our people take the time to make sure that your people are comfortable with their training before we leave. We can also set up a time to come back for a refresher or advanced training at a later date. Our goal is to help you get the most out of the equipment that you have purchased. We don't just come in, install the equipment and give you a quick "here's how you tun it on, thanks for the check and good luck"! We really do think that proper training is a must. |

Should problems arise after we leave, our technical experts can be reached on their cell phones to talk you through the process of solving your problem. Most of the time it is a simple thing like a button pushed by accident, a loose connection or a bad cable. Most of the problems that arise can be found easily by looking at things one by one. Once you know the process of how to find these little mishaps, you will be less apt to panic when things happen again, and as any technitian will tell you, they will. We are here to help.
